Air Fryer Fish Tacos

Air Fryer Fish Tacos with Slaw

Ingredients for the
FISH
1 pound of tilapia or cod
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Ingredients for the
SLAW
1 cup regular slaw mix
1 cup red cabbage
3 tbsp mayo
1/2 lime juice
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
Sriracha to taste depending on how much of a kick you want!
For the
TACO
Corn tortillas
Extra lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Spray the air fryer basket with oil. In a small bowl mix the spices as well as the salt and pepper mix to combine.

2. Preheat the air fryer to 400.

3. Pay the fish dry and brush with grapeseed or olive oil. Cover the fish with the spice rub and gently press it into the fish. 

4. Put the fish into the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes or until opaque and easily flakes. About 145 degrees F.

5. While the fish is cooking add all the slaw ingredients into a bowl and mix. 

6. Remove fish from the air fryer once cooked. Cut into small pieces and add onto warmed tortillas. You can warm them on the stove top in a pan to give them more of a crispy texture. Add a scoop of the slaw and top with a squeeze of lime. ENJOY!
