Teaching nutrition has helped me with patience and learn about all of the different body types. Outside of coaching people in the gym this has by far been the most rewarding experience.

Level 1 is the most basic package that we offer. It costs a one time fee and is a good option for someone who is not quite sure what they want yet.

Level 1 Includes: 

1 hour long consultation.
A breakdown of macros.
A nutritional guide including macros
guidance about macros, how to track
them, and how to measure foods.
Answers to any questions you have!

Level 2 is our middle package created for someone who wants to start to make changes. It has a 3 month commitment after signing on. After the initial 3 months are up, you will have monthly options to continue at Level 2, change levels, or drop completely.

Level 2 Includes: 

An online program offering nutritional guidance and
information on how to build sustainable habits.
Macros that will change with your goals.
Direct messages with your coach.
Weekly Check-ins.
Bi-weekly Zoom meetings.
A constant support system!

Level 3 is our top package created to provide clients with macro help and meal plans. It has a 3 month commitment. After the initial 3 months are up, you will have monthly options to continue at Level 3, change levels, or drop completely.

Bi-weekly macros and meal plans.
An online program offering nutritional guidance and
teaches how to build sustainable habits.
Macros that will change with your goals.
Direct messages to and from your coach.
Weekly Check-ins.

A patient to coach support system.

Fueled by Food Coaching is home to nutrition fueled coaching in Southern Illinois. Workouts and nutrition plans are developed by a CF-L1 & CF-L2 certified trainer and a PN1 certified nutritionist.
